Role Summary:
This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, managing existing ones, and ensuring smooth event execution, and achieving sales targets, Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility.
Business Development:
Generate leads through research and outreach
Meet clients to understand their needs and pitch solutions
Help prepare proposals and sales strategies
Drive revenue and follow up on payments
Share market feedback with internal teams
Report progress to your manager regularly
Client Servicing:
Build and maintain a client database
Maintain strong client relationships
Share detailed briefs and ideas with the creative team
Plan timelines, budgets, and event execution
Act as a link between clients and internal teams
Collect feedback and prepare post-event reports
Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience: Prior Sales & Marketing
Skills:
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Good with MS Office & CRM tools
Team player who can also work independently
Willing to travel for client meetings/events
