We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, building client relationships, executing sales strategies, and supporting marketing campaigns. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and a results-driven approach.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop effective sales strategies.
• Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and content for promotions.
• Coordinate and participate in marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle client relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
