Working Days: 5 days a week.
Week Off: 2 days (rotational).
Shift Timings: Fixed shift, 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls related to policy renewals and retention.
Ensure timely follow-up with existing customers for policy continuation.
Deliver high-quality customer service while focusing on renewals.
Maintain strong communication in both English and Hindi.
Address customer queries effectively and resolve issues promptly.
Achieve renewal targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in mock calls and demonstrate product understanding.
Education: Graduate (Full-time/Part-time).
Experience: 0–2+ years (Freshers welcome).
Strong verbal communication in English & Hindi.
Clear thought process and understanding of call centre operations.
Knowledge of customer service & sales skills.
