Skills Sales Manager is responsible for leading and driving the sales of the company's skill development programs, courses, and training solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize sales.
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of sales officers or executives.
Set clear sales targets and performance expectations for the team.
Personally engage in key sales activities, including identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities.
Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of the company's skill development programs.
Negotiate and close sales deals with both individual and corporate clients.
Ensure exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and provide customized skill development solutions.
Track and analyze sales data, including leads, conversions, and revenue.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Identify trends and insights to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.
Must:
Graduation is required.
2+ years of sales or marketing experience.
Must have own bike and DL.
