Key Responsibilities:

• Bring new channel partners into the assigned territory.

• Develop strong relationships with existing partners and drive partner engagement and motivation.

• Monitor partner performance, track sales targets, and ensure achievement of revenue goals.

• Train and support partners to improve product knowledge and sales capabilities.

• Resolve partner issues, manage escalations, and ensure partner satisfaction.

• Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and feedback sessions with partners.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management.

• Proven success in driving partner-led sales models.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
