#### Company Overview

We are a well-established real estate developer with a premium residential project (ready-to-move & under-construction 2/2.5/3 BHK flats) in Thane. To strengthen our on-site sales team, we are hiring young and enthusiastic candidates for the role of Jr. Closing Manager.

#### Job Purpose

You will be posted full-time at the project site in Thane and will be responsible for meeting walk-in customers, conducting site visits, handling inquiries, overcoming objections, and closing bookings on the same day.

#### Key Responsibilities

- Greet and attend to every walk-in customer at the site experience centre

- Conduct professional site visits and present ready & under-construction flats

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable units & payment plans

- Effectively handle objections related to price, location, loan, etc.

- Negotiate and finalize deals on the spot

- Coordinate with the documentation & banking team for smooth agreement & loan process

- Follow up on leads shared by telecallers and channel partners

- Achieve monthly booking targets (4–8 units)

- Maintain daily visit reports and CRM updates

#### Desired Candidate Profile

- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers are welcome)

- Any prior direct customer-facing sales experience is an advantage (real estate, insurance, banking, automobiles, luxury retail, etc.)

- Excellent communication & convincing skills in English + Hindi (Marathi preferred)

- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities

- Presentable appearance, high energy, and positive attitude

- Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends & holidays

- Own two-wheeler is preferred (conveyance reimbursement provided)
