We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proven sales ability, and the confidence to engage with clients, present projects, and close deals effectively.
Generate, manage, and convert leads through various channels (walk-ins, referrals, online inquiries, broker networks).
Conduct project presentations, site visits, and property tours for potential clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Maintain strong knowledge of current real estate market trends, pricing, competitors, and new launches.
Follow up with clients consistently to ensure maximum closures.
Negotiate deals and guide clients through the documentation & booking process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and onsite teams for smooth client handling.
1–3 years mandatory experience in Real Estate Sales (Residential/Commercial).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections smoothly.
Confidence in conducting site visits & property presentations.
Goal-driven and able to thrive in a target-based environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM software & MS Office preferred.
Own vehicle and valid driving license is an added advantage
