Role: Territory Sales Manager
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of NoBrokerHood in residential societies within your designated region. This is a high-impact, field-based role where you will work directly with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), management committees, and facility managers to generate leads and close successful partnerships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and close new society accounts within the assigned territory
Conduct product demonstrations and pitch to key decision-makers (RWAs, MCs, Facility Managers)
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through field visits and strategic outreach
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure seamless onboarding
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For:
Proven field sales experience in B2B/B2C (preferably in tech, SaaS, or real estate)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong self-motivation and a goal-oriented approach
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Fluency in English and the regional/local language
