We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team at our fitness centre. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving membership sales, achieving revenue targets, developing business strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and sales skills, along with a passion for fitness and wellness.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Drive membership sales, personal training packages, and other revenue-generating services.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing members.
Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, and online leads effectively.
Collaborate with marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and events.
Track, analyze, and report sales performance to management.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
Identify local business opportunities and partnerships for lead generation.
Maintain an updated CRM/database of prospects and members.
Proven experience in sales (preferably in fitness, hospitality, or service industry).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Flexible to work on weekends and peak hours as per business needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (not mandatory if experience is strong).
Prior experience in the fitness/wellness industry is an added advantage.
