Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team for optimum performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.

Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and distribution coverage.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
