Narang Realters Private Limited is looking for a professional, target-oriented Sales Manager to join their team in Sonipat at BAROTA. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and onboard vendors for key construction materials (cement, steel, tiles, etc.).
Sales & Fulfillment: Coordinate material flow to ensure timely, quality, and budget-aligned delivery for projects.
Cost & ROI Analysis: Track material costs, conduct market comparisons, and support margin and ROI optimization.
Procurement & Inventory: Forecast material needs, manage stock levels, and prevent over/understocking.
Financial Reporting: Generate procurement-related financial summaries, payment plans, and P&L insights.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with engineering, site, and finance teams to match procurement with on-site demands.
Compliance & Quality: Ensure supplier compliance with IS standards and required certifications.
The ideal candidate for this role must have Graduate and 3 - 4 years of experience in sales/business development. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
