Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for education and a proven track record in EdTech sales? At Motion Modexys, we’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Female Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives, manage high-performing teams, and drive growth across our educational offerings.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies, leading a team of executives, and building strong relationships with clients, institutions, and channel partners. Your goal will be to achieve enrollment targets and contribute to the growth and expansion of our EdTech services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and counselors
• Design and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets
• Identify new business opportunities in schools, colleges, and other educational institutions
• Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular feedback and guidance
• Drive student enrollments through effective lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion strategies
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech sales
• Proven track record in team leadership and target achievement
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Female candidates only
• Bachelor’s degree required
