Customer Relationship Management
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service.
Handle escalated client issues and resolve them promptly.
Maintain a customer database and ensure proper follow-up.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and market trends.
