JOB DESCRIPTION - SALES (REAL ESTATE)
Responsibilities: Sales Manager
1) Team Leadership and Management: Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a high-performing team of real estate sales executives.
2) Set clear sales targets and KPIs for individual and team members.
3) Conduct regular team meetings, providing motivation, guidance, and performance feedback.
4) Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team environment.
5) Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing coaching and development plans as needed.
6) Manage team schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
7) Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales objectives and revenue targets.
8) Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
9) Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
10 Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing regular reports to senior management.
11) Develop and manage sales budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
a) End-to-End Closing Management: Manage and oversee the entire real estate closing process from contract to final disbursement.
b) Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and legal professionals.
c) Establish and maintain efficient closing workflows and timelines.
d) Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the closing process.
