Achieve individual and team sales targets for rooms, banquets, MICE, and other hotel services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, travel trade, and leisure segments.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and accounts.
Conduct regular sales calls, site visits, presentations, and negotiations to maximize conversions.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to remain competitive.
Suggest and implement promotional offers, seasonal packages, and loyalty programs to attract clients.
Coordinate with front office, banquet, F&B, and reservations teams to ensure flawless guest experiences.
Work closely with marketing for branding, promotions, and event planning.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
3–6 years of proven sales experience in hotels or the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Client-focused approach and ability to close deals
