Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management
Develop and implement monthly and annual sales targets for LPG (domestic, commercial, and industrial segments).
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with institutional and corporate clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, dealer promotions, and customer engagement programs.
2. Operations & Distribution
Supervise daily gas cylinder distribution, stock movement, and refill scheduling.
Ensure smooth coordination between delivery staff, warehouse, and supply chain partners.
Maintain inventory accuracy, manage shortages, and ensure timely replenishment.
Oversee fleet management (vehicles, drivers, and delivery routes).
3. Customer Service & Relationship Management
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues effectively.
Ensure timely installation, maintenance, and refilling services.
Maintain long-term relationships with domestic and commercial customers.
4. Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to all government, oil company, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety checks, audits, and staff training on LPG handling and delivery.
Maintain proper documentation, licenses, and statutory reports.
5. Team Management
Supervise and motivate the sales and operational staff.
Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
Foster teamwork and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
6. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Analyze operational efficiency, sales trends, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Recommend process improvements for better productivity and profitability.
