We are looking for an experienced Bancassurance Manager to drive sales through our partner bank branches in Surat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage strong relationships with partner bank branches.

• Drive insurance sales through bancassurance channel (bank leads & walk-in customers).

• Train and motivate bank staff to generate referrals and leads.

• Ensure achievement of monthly & quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain excellent customer service and ensure high persistency of business.

• Conduct regular branch activities, customer meetings, and promotional events.

• Monitor and report branch performance to ensure continuous business growth.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in Insurance / BFSI sector.

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

• Strong communication & relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.

• Age: 24 – 40 years.

• Local candidates from Surat preferred.
