Position Overview:

We are seeking a performance-oriented Sales Team Leader to manage and drive a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.

• 2–5 years of total experience in B2B/B2C sales, with a minimum of 1–2 years in a leadership role.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams to exceed targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
