Responsibilities:
1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets of HL LAP by successfully managing the sales team. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company & customer base and ensure its strong presence.
2. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
3. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
4. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and
competition status
Skills Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
2. Proven sales management into Home Loans and Loan against Property experience.
3. Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Outstanding organisational and leadership skills.
6. Effective communication skills.
