Key Responsibilities:

• Handle direct customer interactions for residential/commercial real estate projects.

• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and benefits clearly to potential clients.

• Meet clients both at the office and at project/client locations as required.

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options.

• Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales deals.

• Maintain strong client relationships post-sale for referral and repeat business.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless post-sales service.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Education: Any graduate (Sales/Marketing background preferred).

• Experience:

  • Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome.

  • Experienced candidates (up to 5 years) with real estate or direct sales experience preferred.

• Good command of English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus).

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

• Ability to work independently and with a team.

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred for site visits).
