Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell personal loans, home loans, and insurance products.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, digital channels, and field activity.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable financial products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales and follow-ups.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitors’ offerings.

Key Requirements:
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in sales (preferably in loans or insurance)
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
• Skills:
• Good understanding of loan and insurance products.
• Strong lead generation and conversion abilities.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software).
• Target-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills.
