Job Summary
CapitalBoon Consulting is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at pitching to clients and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively pitch real estate projects to potential clients and generate interest.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Assist clients throughout the property-buying process, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets through effective client engagement.
Maintain an organized database of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or marketing (real estate preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach and results-driven mindset.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic proficiency in MS Office.
