Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.

 Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure optimal performance and accountability.

 Make sales and marketing calls to customers and coordinate meetings, demos, and other sales activities.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Builders, and System Integrators.

 Monitor sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups to close deals effectively.

 Update all sales activities, communications, and data on Zoho (CRM) platforms.

 Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to address customer needs.

 Analyze regional market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

 Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues throughout the sales process.

 Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports to senior management.

 Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring the regional sales team.

Qualifications:

 Proficient in basic English communication and at least one regional language (Tamil, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, or Telugu).

 Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

 trong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

 Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Zoho.

 Positive attitude and passion for driving results.
