Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including retailers, corporate buyers, and resellers.
Identify and close new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct regular market research to identify sales trends, pricing strategies, and growth areas.
Provide timely and accurate sales reports to senior management.
Vendor Management & Onboarding
Manage existing vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply, quality, and pricing.
Identify and onboard new vendors and suppliers across PAN India to support business growth and diversification.
Negotiate commercial terms and build long-term partnerships with vendors.
Ensure vendors meet company standards on product quality, delivery timelines, and compliance.
Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to align supply chain and stock availability.
Requirements:
Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in mobile trading, electronics distribution, or similar sectors.
Strong background in vendor management and new vendor onboarding.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage sales and supply partnerships simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
Willingness to travel across India for vendor meetings and business development.
