Job Title: Customer Retail Officer – Watches Division

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Retail Officer to join our team. The role involves engaging with customers, providing excellent in-store service, assisting in product selection, and ensuring smooth store operations. Prior experience in Titan or other reputed watch/lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
Greet and assist customers in selecting watches and related accessories.
Provide detailed product knowledge, features, and warranty information.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Handle billing, cash, and digital transactions accurately.
Maintain store displays, cleanliness, and product arrangement as per brand guidelines.
Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism.
Support stock management, inventory checks, and replenishment.
Generate basic sales reports using Excel and ensure timely updates in the system.
Assist in promotional activities, in-store events, and visual merchandising.
Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
Experience: 0–3 years in retail sales, preferably in watches, lifestyle, or luxury brands (Titan, Fastrack, Casio, Timex, etc.).
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & computer applications.
Ability to use POS systems, billing software, and email.
Language: Basic English communication (spoken & written) and local language proficiency.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
