Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Tractor Sales

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in agricultural equipment or tractor sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers, including farmers, dealers, and distributors.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain tractor features and benefits.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

• Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and market trends.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business.

• Coordinate with the service and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Participate in exhibitions, local fairs, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.

• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

• Knowledge of local markets and farming community.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
