Position: Sales Manager – Affordable Housing Finance

Experience Required:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Affordable Housing Finance Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.

Qualification:

• Candidate must be a Graduate in any stream.

• MBA or PG in Finance/Marketing will be an added advantage.

Gender Preference:

Male candidates only

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for affordable housing and LAP products.

• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, builders, and customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

• Conduct customer profiling and ensure loan applications meet credit guidelines.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan disbursement.

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of affordable housing finance and LAP products.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

• Local market knowledge (Pune area preferred).
