Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented General Manager – Sales. The candidate will be responsible for personally attending site visits for all potential clients visiting the project site, handling qualified leads provided by our Social Media Team, and driving end-to-end sales closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Personally attend site visits for all clients invited by the Social Media Team Lead.

• Present project details (layouts, amenities, pricing, payment plans, legal documentation, etc.) to prospective clients.

• Handle negotiations and independently close final deals.

• Achieve and strive to exceed assigned sales targets.

• Track market trends and competitor activities to design effective sales strategies.

• Provide management with regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure high client satisfaction.
