4. Billing & Payments:

   • Handle POS billing systems efficiently.

   • Manage cash, card, UPI transactions accurately.

5. Customer Relationship:

   • Collect customer feedback and share with management.

   • Build relationships with regular customers for repeat business.

6. Product Knowledge:

   • Stay updated with new arrivals, promotions, and trends.

   • Explain offers or schemes to customers clearly.

7. Team Coordination:

   • Work as part of the store team.

   • Support colleagues during rush hours and festivals.
