Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, field visits, and digital platforms

• Understand client needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations

• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients

• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups

• Stay updated on industry trends and market competition

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in sales (Real Estate or similar industry preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a go-getter attitude

• Basic knowledge of CRM software and digital communication tools is a plus

• Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings
