Key Responsibilities:
● Recruit quality agents/advisors to build your team.
● Help your team in lead generation, prospecting, and business development through
local client or field visits.
● Ensure that agents/advisors provide right financial solutions to customers.
● Adhere to required business processes and norms.
● Achieve the business target each month for generating new business & team
building; advisor recruitment.
Eligibility:
● Graduate with 1 year sales experience (any industry)
● Comfortable or experienced in client or field visits (local)
