Job Title: Sales Executive – Bancassurance Channel
Location: Western Line and South Mumbai/ Vashi
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months to 2 year in sales (preferably BFSI sector)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution: Promote and sell to customers of partner banks.
Sell insurance products through assigned partner bank branches.
Develop and manage relationships with partner bank staff to drive business.
Educate customers on product features and benefits and match them to their needs.
Meet defined sales targets and activity metrics.
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Age: 25-30 years
Education: Graduate (mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 6 month to 2 year in Insurance or BFSI sector (only liability sales like LI, GI, HI, FD, RD, CASA
Industry Preference: Life Insurance / General Insurance / Health Insurance / Banking (liability sales)
Skills:
• Strong selling and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Relationship-building with internal stakeholders (bank staff)
