Job Description – Sales Executive (Junior/Senior)

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales (based on experience level)

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure
Maintain and update CRM/customer databases
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Attend client meetings, presentations, and industry events
Collaborate with marketing and product teams for aligned sales campaigns
Prepare sales reports and performance forecasts
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
(Senior-level only) Mentor junior team members and contribute to strategic planning
(Senior-level only) Negotiate and close high-value contracts and accounts
For Junior Role:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field (preferred)
0.6–2 years of experience in sales or customer service
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
Basic MS Office skills; CRM exposure is a plus
For Senior Role:
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
3–4+ years of B2B/B2C sales experience
Proven track record in achieving/exceeding targets
Advanced negotiation and strategic thinking abilities
Experience using CRM tools
Leadership and team mentoring experience
Willingness to travel, if required
