Manage inbound and outbound leads efficiently.
Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit electronic products.
Achieve high conversion rates while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Handle queries professionally through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Work toward meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maximize incentives through consistent performance.
Stay updated on product specifications, pricing, and market trends.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant accessories.
Coordinate with operations and logistics for order confirmation and dispatch.
Ensure smooth end-to-end order management.
Maintain accurate sales records & update CRM/Excel sheets daily.
Submit daily sales reports and pipeline updates to the management.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (any stream).
Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, retail sales, or e-commerce sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and target-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of Excel, CRM tools, or sales systems is an added advantage.
High energy, positive attitude, and passion for sales.
High incentives ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹60,000+ per month
