Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Upfront Sales Executive with 3–4 years of experience in direct or face-to-face sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and achieving sales targets through proactive client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage directly with potential customers via in-person meetings, phone calls, and other communication channels.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service information to convert leads.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively explain offerings to clients.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with leads regularly to ensure timely conversion.
Maintain and update CRM tools with all customer interactions and progress.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Provide feedback from customers to improve product offerings and sales strategy.

Requirements:
3–4 years of proven experience in upfront/direct sales.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluency in English and Hindi (both spoken and written).
