Job Description :

1. Promote and sell a range of agriculture farm equipments including threshers and other agri-machinery to farmers, cooperatives, and agribusinesses.

2. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in assigned territories.

3. Explain machine features and benefits to customers through inbound and outbound calls.

4. Follow-up with leads, negotiate pricing and convert sales deals in line with company targets.

5. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

6. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback.

7. Collaborate with service, logistics, and marketing teams for smooth customer experience.

8. Participate in farmer meetings, trade shows, and product

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. Proven experience in agricultural machinery sales or a related field.

2. Proficient in MS-Office

3. Strong sales skills in understanding of farm equipment and agricultural practices.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to travel extensively in rural and semi-urban areas –if needed.

6. Diploma/Degree in Agriculture or interest in working in the agricultural sector preferred.

7. Languages Known -

a. English (Basic ), Tamil , Telugu (Native Speaker) or b. English (Basic ), Tamil, Kannada (Native Speaker)
