Job Description: Sales Executive
Position: Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Conversion (Telephonic):
Call prospective leads and explain product details, pricing, and benefits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV models.
Generate leads through field visits, BTL activities, referrals, and follow-ups.
2. CRM & Database Management:
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in CRM.
Update and track lead progress daily to meet sales KPIs.
3. Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about all vehicle models, pricing, features, financing, and current offers.
Confidently address customer queries and objections over calls.
4. Customer Support & Coordination:
Coordinate with field teams for test rides, deliveries, and documentation.
Ensure smooth post-sale customer experience.
5. Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Contribute to team performance by sharing best practices and feedback.
6. BTL & Local Marketing
Participate in local promotions, canopy activations, and community outreach to increase visibility.
Distribute marketing materials and collect leads during campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or BPO (EV/automobile sector preferred)
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Basic computer and CRM handling skills
