Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, target, and arrange meetings with F&B Managers, General Managers, and key decision-makers at 4 & 5-star hotels, premium restaurant chains, cafés, and clubs.
• Develop and maintain strong connects with Admin/Facility Managers in large corporate offices (staff size >50).
• Build a consistent sales pipeline and follow up effectively to close deals.
• Leverage existing industry contacts to facilitate product introductions and trial placements.
• Represent the brand professionally and negotiate contracts that align with company goals.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in the Hotel / Restaurant / Catering (HoReCa) industry, especially in B2B sales roles.
• Strong network of contacts within the hospitality and corporate sector (especially Admin/F&B/GM-level contacts).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and close high-value deals.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
