Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents to drive business growth.

• Independently handle FIT, GIT, MICE, and outbound travel inquiries.

• Utilize solid destination knowledge of Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, and other Asian countries.

• Conduct market visits, generate leads, and coordinate with agents and internal teams for smooth trip operations.

• Ensure excellent customer service by promptly addressing client needs and maintaining a positive brand image.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in the travel industry (preferably with a DMC).

• Good understanding of FIT, GIT, MICE, and outbound travel arrangements.

• Proven ability to build and sustain business relationships.

• Energetic, motivated, and excellent in communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.
