Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Back-End Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries from travel agents, corporate clients, and partners.

• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel packages for customers.
  Respond to client queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Assist in developing customized travel solutions for clients’ specific requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency.
  Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 Months’ of experience in back-end sales or operations in the travel and tourism industry, preferably with a DMC.

  • Strong knowledge of travel destinations such as Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
