Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for luxury products, and the ability to deliver an exceptional in-store experience to every customer
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewellery items based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
Provide detailed information about products such as gold, diamond, silver, and platinum jewellery.
Build customer trust through product knowledge, professionalism, and attentive service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display of jewellery items.
Manage billing, packaging, and invoicing through the POS system.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated with current jewellery trends, making suggestions for inventory based on customer feedback.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Support stock inventory, tagging, and product documentation processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in jewellery or luxury retail sales (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Basic computer knowledge (POS billing, MS Excel/Word).
Passionate about jewellery and customer service.
Confident, persuasive, and sales-driven personality.
High integrity and trustworthiness, especially when handling high-value items.
Education:
Minimum 12th pass; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
