Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, providing product/service information, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls professionally and provide accurate information.
Handle customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain records of conversations and update customer databases.
Meet daily/weekly call targets.
Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures.
