Join our team as an In-Store & Field Sales Executive for credit card products. Your role involves engaging walk-in customers, pitching products in local areas, generating leads, explaining features, verifying documents, and ensuring daily compliance and coordination for smooth sales processes.
key Responsibilities:
In-Store Sales:
Engage with walk-in customers and pitch suitable credit card products.
Explain product features, eligibility, benefits, and usage.
Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC norms.
Ensure proper display of promotional materials.
Field Sales:
Visit residential areas, offices, and local businesses to promote and pitch credit cards.
Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, and on-ground engagement.
Follow up with leads and close sales.
Operational Tasks:
Maintain daily records of customer interactions and applications.
Coordinate with backend teams for processing and approvals.
Adhere to banking and regulatory compliance standards.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
Experience: 6 months – 2 years in credit card/financial product sales
(Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome!)
