We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a target-driven and field-based role.
Visit potential customers to promote and sell company products/services.
Identify new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Prepare and submit field sales reports and daily activity updates.
Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer queries.
Collect market and competitor information.
Coordinate with the backend and logistics teams for smooth deliveries.
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience: 1–2 years in field sales (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Knowledge of the local market is an added advantage.
