We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering effective solutions to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in business-to-business sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of sales strategies.
Identify and generate new B2B leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and present customized solutions to meet their needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve or exceed targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, customer support) to ensure client satisfaction.
Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and team-oriented.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
