Greet customers and build strong relationships to identify their needs and preferences
Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles to potential buyers
Explain vehicle features, specifications, financing options, and after-sales services
Guide customers through the entire sales process, including test drives, trade-in evaluations, financing, and documentation
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and dealership goals
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, promotions, and industry trends
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and sales contracts
Coordinate with the finance and insurance (F&I) team to finalize deals
Ensure all vehicles on the lot are clean, properly priced, and display-ready
Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection
Familiarity with automotive financing and insurance processes is a plus
Basic understanding of automotive technology and features
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in sales or automotive technology is a plus
