Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote SAP and ERP solutions.
Aim to make up to 200 calls daily; however, quality is prioritized over quantity.
Minimum requirement: 2 qualified leads per day.
Understand client needs and requirements to generate interest in our solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings or demos with interested clients.
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
Stay updated on SAP and ERP offerings and market trends.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in software/ERP/SaaS solutions.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic understanding of SAP and ERP solutions is an advantage.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Performance Expectations:
Daily Goal: 2 qualified leads.
While 200 calls are suggested, focus is on lead quality over call quantity.
