Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for cold calling potential clients, following up on leads, and generating new business opportunities for ProFidence’s financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to potential customers to pitch ProFidence’s financial products and services.

• Follow up on leads received via marketing campaigns and referrals.

• Explain the benefits of various financial products (insurance, tax-saving plans, investments, etc.) to prospective clients.

• Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.

• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Provide timely feedback on client needs and market trends to the management.

• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).

• 1–2 years of sales experience (experience in financial services preferred).

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Confident and self-motivated personality with a sales-driven mindset.

• Basic knowledge of financial products (training will be provided).

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
