Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced and motivated Sales Executives for a hospital-based retail sales role. The ideal candidate should be capable of face-to-face interaction with hospital walk-ins, clearly communicating the benefits of the hospital’s services, and effectively convincing and converting potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage directly with walk-in patients or visitors at the hospital to explain the benefits of various healthcare services.

Conduct face-to-face sales and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Build strong relationships with hospital visitors to drive engagement and loyalty.

Address inquiries and guide customers through the available offerings.

Collaborate with hospital staff and management for seamless sales operations.

Meet and exceed set sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate (Mandatory)

Experience: 2 to 3 years in sales (Retail or similar domains preferred)

Age Limit: Up to 33 years

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and customer handling abilities.

Comfortable with hospital-based field sales environment.

Local candidates preferred (especially for Nagpur and Mumbai locations)
