Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our expanding team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, a customer-focused approach, and at least one year of relevant experience in the financial or banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell banking and financial products to customers.

Identify potential clients and generate new business.

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.

Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and on-ground marketing activities.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Graduation in any discipline (mandatory).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in banking, insurance, or financial services.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

Ability to work independently and in a team
